Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CarromPro (the "Service"), including our website at carrompro.in, mobile applications (iOS and Android), and any related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and CarromPro ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). Your continued use of the Service after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

CarromPro is a comprehensive carrom sport management platform that provides the following services:

3. User Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for providing accurate information.

4. Subscriptions & Pricing

CarromPro offers a Free tier and a PRO subscription with enhanced features. PRO subscriptions are available on monthly and yearly billing cycles. Pricing is displayed in Indian Rupees. We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days prior notice.

5. Ads & Promotions (Free Tier)

To keep CarromPro accessible, the Free tier may display advertisements and sponsored content. PRO users may see fewer or no ads. You agree not to block or interfere with ads on the Free tier.

6. Payments & Billing

Payments are processed by Razorpay (website/Android), Apple In-App Purchase (iOS), and Google Play Billing (Android). CarromPro does not directly store your credit card or banking information. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your PRO subscription at any time. PRO features remain active until the end of the billing period. All purchases are generally non-refundable, with exceptions for duplicate charges, extended service unavailability (72+ hours), unauthorized transactions, or requests within 48 hours of purchase. Contact support@carrompro.in for refund requests.

8. Failed Transactions

If payment is debited but subscription is not activated, the amount will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days. Do not make multiple payment attempts in quick succession to avoid duplicate charges.

9. Club Registrations

Club Owners are responsible for managing club membership, content, and adherence to these Terms. Active club packages extend PRO benefits to all verified club members for the duration of the package.

10. Service Availability & Downtime

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, the Service may experience scheduled or unscheduled downtime. We are not liable for loss of data or inability to access the Service during downtime.

11. Public Forum & Comments

Content posted in Public Forums may be visible to other users. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you post. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display it within the Service.

12. User Conduct & Content

CarromPro enforces a Zero Tolerance Policy for hate speech, harassment, cheating, score manipulation, spam, impersonation, and attempts to exploit the Service. Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent ban.

13. Third-Party Services

CarromPro uses Google Firebase, Algolia, Brevo, Razorpay, and Apple/Google payment platforms. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function. We do not sell your personal data.

14. Analytics & Measurement

We use analytics tools to understand platform usage and improve performance. You can limit analytics tracking via device settings where available.

15. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logos, source code, and original content, is the exclusive intellectual property of CarromPro and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarromPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CarromPro from any claims arising from your use or misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.

18. Termination & Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through Settings or by emailing support@carrompro.in. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your data, posts, and uploaded files are permanently deleted. Match and tournament records involving other players are anonymized.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

20. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification and/or email.
